My Present
Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Mary Wickman. As the Support Team Manager at Northrop & Johnson, I am responsible for ensuring a smooth-day-to-day operation in the office, while working closely with the Admin team on yacht closings, accounting, IT & Tech, and Marketing. I serve as the liaison between N&J’s impressive teams to ensure all procedures roll out efficiently. I am focused, organized, detail-oriented and passionate about the yachting industry. My dedication and self-drive allow me to continue advancing my career and ensure Northrop & Johnson’s continued success.
My Past
Born and raised on the Jersey Shore, I have spent a lifetime enjoying the water. I have many years of experience in the yachting industry, having worked in a variety of sectors—from marina management to yacht repair to brokerage and charter. Throughout my career, I have garnered an exceptional amount of knowledge, as well as created a vast base of contacts.

I am excited by the growth of N&J and look forward to being a valuable part of its future.

My Outside-office Life
Family is everything to me and I especially love spending time with my grandchildren. I belong to several choirs and have a passion for music.
