My Present My name is Susan Phipps and I am the Senior Charter Assistant for Northrop & Johnson’s Fort Lauderdale location since March 2020!
Blending my passion for travel and event planning, I have the pleasure of helping plan the most memorable yachting vacations for customers all around the world.
My Past Born in Miami, Florida, I’ve never been too far from the ocean and boating atmosphere. I love the boating lifestyle and was thrilled to answer an ad in the newspaper for a major boating retailer over 15 years ago. My job in the industry has taken many turns, but I am thrilled to be a part of the NoJo family and work with charter clients all over the world.
My Future I would like to continue to work in the same capacity and expand my knowledge of various remote areas around the world to can help clients see or experience something they have never done before.

My Outside-office Life I love spending time with my family and friends. I am a mother of two and now have two grandchildren, Peter age 5, and Emmie age 1, and love spending time watching them grow up.
Fast Facts
My daughter and grandson live in Abaco (Bahamas) and I’m lucky to get to visit them there frequently
I attended cheese school in New York and San Francisco and use to have a cheese and wine shop
Both of my children have also embraced the boating lifestyle and my son works as a captain and my daughter and husband live and work at a marina/resort in The Bahamas
