2020 Rossinavi 160ft

Stepping aboard EIV is stepping into a masterclass of Italian design, where every line and detail serves a purpose. Built by Rossinavi and measuring 160’ (48.77m) in length, this sleek superyacht is thoughtfully dialed in for the way modern owners live and entertain at sea. With her shallow 7’6” draft, she’s tailor-made for Bahamas cruising, slipping effortlessly into anchorages.

From the moment you board at the swim platform, EIV opens up with a bold sense of space and flow. Her beach club is a standout feature: finished with teak and holly floors and marble trim, it’s a fully realized wellness zone complete with a hammam steam room, aromatherapy, a hot/cold wand shower, a fully equipped bar, and a 56°F plunge pool. The garage space is just as flexible, easily housing a large tender (currently a William’s jet boat with GOST tracking), or reimagined however the next owner desires.

The aft deck continues the open-air vibe with wraparound U-shaped seating, a dining table with a marble inlay that adjusts for ease of access, a custom oval bar, drop-down TV, and a full setup of refrigeration and storage. From here, twin walkways lead forward into the main salon and formal dining area, both designed to blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors on both port and starboard open up onto hydraulic fold-down balconies, bringing the sea even closer and making this entire space perfect for semi open-air meals. This alfresco potential is only enhanced by the dual 55” TVs on lifts, a professional surround sound system, and the fact that the entire space was refreshed in 2024 with new upholstery, fabrics, and furnishings.

The interior styling is timeless and neutral, with a calming palette that makes EIV incredibly easy to personalize. From curved wood ceilings with integrated LED lighting to bronze inlays, hand-stitched leather, and carefully chosen artworks—including a Venetian sculpture backlit within the cabinetry—every element has been meticulously curated. In the dining area, a custom table for 12 sits under an overhead of backlit onyx, surrounded by cabinetry holding flatware and china for full formal service.

At the heart of EIV’s layout is a glossy stainless steel elevator that services three guest decks. Forward on the main deck, the full-beam owner’s suite is a study in relaxed sophistication. It includes a private office with a massage chair, four temperature-controlled wine fridges that hold up to 300 bottles, and an owner’s balcony accessed by twin hydraulic stainless-steel doors. The master stateroom features a platform king bed wrapped in hand-stitched Italian leather, a tufted leather headboard, and his-and-her bathrooms with backlit onyx sinks, a central shower with six jets, and separate toilets. Light pours in through oversized windows, creating a space that feels airy, intimate, and supremely comfortable.

Below deck, four guest cabins cater to a variety of arrangements. Two twins can convert into queens, and two spacious VIPs located aft are cleverly designed to merge into one full-beam suite thanks to a removable partition—complete with one VIP that transforms into a sitting area. Each stateroom is beautifully appointed with marble ensuites, motorized TV lifts, Kaleidescape movie systems, and integrated smart controls by Videoworks with Crestron. Every guest sleeps in style, surrounded by custom textures, brushed bronze, oak wood floors, and leather-wrapped panels.

Up on the skylounge deck, aft of the pilothouse, EIV reveals one of her most dynamic social spaces. The skylounge itself is wrapped in oversized windows and filled with neutral-toned, 2024-refreshed furnishings. A full bar with fridge, coffee station, and ice maker anchors the space, while an integrated cinema system with a Sony projector and 110” drop-down screen turns movie nights into an experience. This room opens out to a vast dining area aft with shaded seating for 12, dual bar setups, a marble lazy Susan, and carbon fiber sail-style sunshades—one of five distinct exterior guest areas on board.

One deck up, the sundeck pushes EIV’s luxury credentials even further. At the heart of this space is a custom glass-front resistance pool with salt and freshwater options, a retractable louvered sunroof, waterfall feature, and integrated Jacuzzi seating. Surrounding it is a full suite of relaxation and entertainment options: sun loungers, dining under sail-style shade, a bar, Kenyon grill, built-in ice buckets, and full AV integration. It’s one of three water features found across the yacht—the plunge pool in the spa, the resistance pool here, and a spectacular glass-front Jacuzzi on the foredeck. Forward, the Jacuzzi space is equally dialed-in, with wraparound sunpads, seating, storage under hydraulic hatches, and a full sail-shade system.

Technically, EIV is in immaculate condition. She’s fresh off her five-year survey, all systems are operating at peak performance, and her 2024 refresh included new carpets in the master, main saloon, and cinema, plus all new exterior deck cushions, covers, and throw pillows.

With her sharp styling, thoughtful engineering, flexible cabin arrangements, and the kind of features that rival much larger builds, EIV is an excellent opportunity to own something that feels current, luxurious, and absolutely ready for what’s next.
