The 74-foot (22.5m) HATT TRICK has a timeless exterior design by Naval Architect Ed Monk Jr. that is sure to never go out of style.
Designed by Evan Marshall, the yacht’s interior is elegant, yet simple. The interior is adorned with varnished Sapele mahogany, beautiful stonework and new (2019) carpeting throughout. HATT TRICK’s open-flowing main deck offers excellent socializing areas along with media space. The motor yacht features a forward country galley with 180-degree views — it provides the ideal space for cooking as well as informal gathering.
The motor yacht features three comfortable staterooms, accommodating six guests. HATT TRICK’s master suite is unusually large, while her guest staterooms offer the comforts of home, enticing guests to want to stay longer. The yacht has accommodations for two crew members.
The flybridge provides the perfect spot to spend time whether cruising or at anchor as it offers incredible views of the cruising destination. Aft, the flybridge offers space for a 15-foot (4.57m) tender and a small sailboat. HATT TRICK also has a protected aft deck with matching cocktail tables and curved seats, which makes for a great place to relax and socialize.
HATT TRICK is easy to handle and maintain — her current owners have cruised on the yacht seasonally as just a husband and wife team. This Ocean Alexander has only seen light use. Kept in the Northern United States, the yacht is currently only used four months out of the year and kept in heated storage each winter.
The Ocean Alexander 74 arrangement plan includes three staterooms on the lower deck. The main deck features an expansive main saloon with wet bar, conversation corners and entertainment area. Forward is the country kitchen which incorporates the lower helm station.
Crew accommodations and engine room access is off the swimstep with transom access. Walk-around sidedecks facilitate short-handed docking and access to the water is available via dual stairways to the swim platform.
The flybridge offers seating for the full ship’s company. An expansive boatdeck is capable of carrying a 15’ tender and a small sailboat.
The aft deck, protected from the elements, includes matching cocktail tables with curved seating.
HATT TRICK has been cruised with an owner/operator crew of two but her design accommodates six guests with grace and comfort, along with two crew.
Master stateroom is amidships and full beam (20’), generously large for a yacht this size. King berth is on centerline with matching nightstands. The head includes twin sinks and shower compartment with premium fixtures and attractive stonework . Storage includes a walk-in cedar closet, under-berth compartment and numerous drawers and lockers suitable for long-term living aboard. Media includes 32” Sony TV/DVD/Satellite (Hi-def)
VIP with queen berth is forward. Head with shower is ensuite. Amenities are similar to those in the Master including the sense of privacy and priviledge.
Guest stateroom features twin berths, cedar closet and drawer storage, fit and finish of the same high quality as the other staterooms, ensuite head and shower.
Crew Quarters: Twin berths, cedar lined hanging locker, sink, microwave & refrigerator, 20" Sharp TV, Maytag washer/dryer, Head w/shower.
It is unusual to find a Northern motoryacht of this size that is lightly cruised and stored in a heated shed for the winter.
