JUS CHILL’N is an impressive 2012 84’ Cheoy Lee Bravo model which has been professionally maintained with low hours and many extra features and equipment. On the lower deck there are three staterooms consisting of a VIP queen stateroom in the bow with a private access from the forward staircase. The King guest stateroom and master stateroom are accessed via a spiral staircase from forward starboard in the salon. The king guest stateroom is full beam and forward of the lower companionway while the master stateroom also features a king bed and is aft of the lower companionway.
The flybridge can be accessed from a staircase from the aft deck or a spiral staircase from the forward main salon. The flybridge features an air-conditioned helm, three-sided EZC2Y enclosure, two helm chairs, settee with table to port and a bar w/3 barstools to starboard. Aft is a gas BBQ grill and a large open deck for setting up chairs and entertaining.
The crew quarters and engine room are access via a center-line transom door from the cockpit. From the transom door you enter first in the crew area with a crew stateroom to port w. 2 berths and a full crew head to starboard. Further forward is the engine room maintained to A-1 yacht quality standards and featuring twin Caterpillar C-32 Acert engines, twin 32kw Kohler generators and many more big yacht options.
