KINGS LEGEND is a classic offshore sailing yacht that ideally blends excellent offshore performance with cruising amenities. This sailing yacht is one of only four Swan sloops that showcases timeless lines by Sparkman and Stephens. She has a rich history in sailing history, including finishing second in the 1977-1978 Whitbread Round The World Race.
The sailing yacht accommodates six-to-eight guests in the comfort of three/four staterooms. KINGS LEGEND features a lovely master cabin that is located aft. This cabin features a double bed and one single bed as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Forward are two similar twin cabins with upper and lower beds, which can be converted into a double bed in both cabins — these cabins share a bathroom. Furthermore, the forepeak stateroom, that showcases a double bed can be used for guests or crew. KINGS LEGEND also features a single berth on the starboard side of the main salon.
The full-beam main salon aboard KINGS LEGEND showcases classic Nautor styling with satin-finished teak woodwork and large hatches. With the combined natural light and pale blue upholstery, the sailing yacht has an airy interior that is ideal for spending time. On the port side is a comfortable U-shaped sofa, folding leaf teak dining table and lockers. To starboard is a settee that can convert into a sea berth — there is also a pilot berth. Aft is a well-equipped galley with good working space and a chart table with navigation equipment, radios and an electric panel.
Over the years, the KINGS LEGEND has been extensively updated, ensuring she is ready for her new owner. She has a replaced modern engine, modern generator, and is fitted out with a watermaker, air conditioning, washing machine, fridge and freezer, electric marine toilets and lithium ION batteries.
