OVERVIEW:

• Dubois classic design with 4 Owner/ Guest staterooms aft and 3 crew cabins forward. Upper and lower saloons plus covered deck cockpit allowing various guest enjoyment areas.

ACCOMMODATIONS:

• Owner's suite with ensuite shower room (his & her sinks). Double guest cabin with ensuite shower. Double/twin convertible cabin with ensuite show (pullman in cabin). Twin guest cabin with ensuite shower (pullman in each cabin)

OWNER’S SUITE:

• Located in the aft of the vessel is the full beam and spacious Owner’s suite with a king berth, built-in nightstands and a pop-up TV at the foot of the bed. Surfaces are chocolate leather that blend seamlessly with the light blue and grey leather surrounds of the suite. A wardrobe and built-in dresser allow for ample storage. The well-appointed ensuite comes with his and hers sinks, shower and toilet.

GUEST STATEROOMS:

• The V.I.P. stateroom, located forward to port of the owner’s suite, has a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The ensuite has a shower room and washbasin with toilet. There are two twin staterooms, with one able to convert to a double. Each has a pullman bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, drawers and ensuite. Each ensuite has a shower room with washbasin with a mirror overhead and a toilet.

INTERIOR

• The Upper Salon features a bar and service area, as well as a spacious seating area which can be used with coffee tables or converted to an inside dining area. The lower salon features 2 sofa areas and a coffee table seating area. A large TV provides a home cinema experience for the guests.

EXTERIOR

• The extremely spacious sundeck on the bow has beanbags capable of accommodating 10 guests, complemented by a large awning for shade from the sun. On the aft deck there is a seating area covered by another awning. The main cockpit features a seating area with 2 small tables that can be joined with a centrepiece to create a large dining area for 10 guests.

Painting:

• All readily accessible areas of ER, Crew Mess and Cargo Bay Bilges patch painted by the crew (Full repaint only really possible during a major ER refit with items removed).
• All readily accessible mild steel items (winch motors, valve blocks etc) cleaned, rust converted and painted if needed.
• Cut and gloss polish applied to generator and electrical boxes/enclosures. Huge aesthetic improvement.

Underwater Works:

• 2 coats of Trilux 33 antifoul added to the Hull.
• All anodes inspected, prop shaft anode replaced.
• Bow and Stern Thrusters fully cleaned and inspected.
• Boot Stripe Polished and Waxed.
• Keel hatches closed and then re faired with hull.

Other deck jobs:

• Decks treated with Boracol to seal them against mould for the winter.
• All Stainless polished and given a protective wax for the winter.
• Full rig check with all metal and paint polished and given a protective wax.
• Hull windows given a thorough cut, wax and water protection glaze.
• Superstructure windows given a cut and wax polish.

Interior Jobs:

• Full clean of the Galley Extractor vent and fan.

• Both Heat Exchangers removed, sand blasted and refurbished.
• Both Raw Water Pumps fully overhauled.
• Thermostats replaced and calibrated.
• Anodes replaced.
• Fully refurbished Fuel Pump on Port Gen.
• New ECU for Stb Gen.
• See attached invoices for full works.
• Essentially a 3000 hour service to both and more.
• System working perfectly and observed by Surveyor. Looking to now Winterise and preserve.

Main Engine 1200 Hour Service

• Replaced engine oil and filter.

• Replaced sea water pump impeller.

• Flush / cleaned sea water coolers with barnacle buster without removing.

Rudder Bearing:

• Replaced with a brand new Orkot bearing. Should be good for another 7 plus years to the 25 year refit.
• The shaft seal was also replaced in May 2023. This again should be good until the 25 year refit.

Reacher Stay:

• Full rebuild of the Outer Forestay.
• Fully serviced as new Reckman Furler Unit.
• Brand new Aluminium Foil Sections.
• Re headed Rod Rigging.
• All new Turnbuckles.
• New Pins for the bottom end.
• Essentailly everything either replaced new or refurbished as new designed by Evolution Sails NZ.

Other Rigging:

• Full Rig Inspection done by Marine results.
• A problem with one of the spreaders was identified involving historic damage. The rig was removed and the damaged spreader was rebuilt as new (see report).
• Lifting and load inspections done on the Tender and Passarelle to Commercial standards.

Safety:

• All safety gear given a full annual service by Survitech and Oscar Sierra: Liferafts; Life Jackets; Immersion Suits; Fire Extinguishers; Sarts/Epirbs; Pyrotechnics; Many other miscellaneous items.

• Upholstery - The majority of the interior upholstery was replaced
• Carpets - New carpets and wooden floors

• Guest area - During the 2022 refit, the following was also done:
• New glass washer and ice maker installed
• Stainless steel handrail down to guest cabins installed and existing hand rails upholstered in woven leather

• Plexi glass fittings for silverware, crystal glass and plates/dishes
• Rack fitted for red wine storage
• Custom made bar top with LED lights
• Bottle display and glass shelf installed behind bar, new bar front covering

• New cushions for upper saloon seating
• Upper saloon table changed to multi functioning with removable centrepiece

OWNER’S SUITE

• New bedside lamps (Ralph Lauren) x2 ad incorporating reading lights

• Sofa re-upholstered

• Bedframe reupholstered including padded headboard, new mattress and linens
• New make-up cabinet (edge lit mirror door with clear glass shelves and stainless-steel fiddle rails) with bespoke seat at vanity area
• In the ensuite, a new make-up mirror, new basins installed (Luxor round glass 43cm diam), and the marble replaced floor

GUEST CABINS

• Bedframe reupholstered including padded headboard, new mattresses and linens, bedside lamps replaced, new roman blinds installed. Where present, existing sofas reupholstered.

ARTWORK

• Artwork updated and replaced
