SILVER LASS is a classic Gentlemen’s Motor Yacht of the highest quality. Built in 1961 by J. A Silver in Rosneath, Scotland, SILVER LASS is part of the Ormidale class designed by John Bain. Impeccably restored over a four-year period by Gardner Marine in 2023, she has been completely reimagined with modern technology, a solid teak interior and rebuilt Gardner 6LW engines coupled to new ZF hydraulic gearboxes. She showcases a host of standout features; in particular, her hull is cladded with a full copper sheathing under the waterline. SILVER LASS’s cruising history has seen the waters of the Mediterranean, the Black Sea and River Danube. Now, she is back in the Med in search of her next owner.

On her interior, she features solid reclaimed Burmese teak woodwork throughout, paired with luxurious fittings and fabrics from Ralph Lauren, Waterworks, Lora Piana, Porto Romana, and Johanna Howard. The main salon and dining area boast a TV with an electric lift and a convertible coffee table that seats eight when lifted. The LED ambient lighting and solid teak doors add a touch of sophistication, while modern upgrades include full air conditioning and heating systems, large battery capacity for silent use, hydraulic stabilization and state-of-the-art navigational and steering systems.

SILVER LASS accommodates up to eight guests in four beautifully appointed cabins. The full-beam owner's suite is a sanctuary of luxury, featuring white-painted teak side walls, teak cabinetry, bronze lighting, multiple portholes for natural light, and an en-suite bathroom with the same tasteful finishes. Two additional guest cabins, including a VIP double with storage and a guest bunk cabin, share the same refined styling. A spacious twin cabin in the bow, with its own en-suite, can serve as either a crew or guest cabin, providing flexibility. All cabins offer individually thermostatically controllable air handlers, USB sockets, Carrera marble tops, unique handmade mirrors, reading lights and ample luggage storage.

The aft deck is the heart of SILVER LASS's exterior space, featuring new teak decks with epoxy-sheathed sub decks and a bespoke handmade table of reclaimed Burmese teak that seats eight. The port side offers a handcrafted swim ladder, while the starboard side provides tender access and a boarding ladder. The original classic davits are in place to safely launch and store the 3m tender. The wheelhouse, forward, includes a covered seating area with a hidden deck fridge and is hardwired with the highest-spec Sonance all-weather speaker system for superior music quality. An awning with a light can be fitted for shade, and Sunbrella covers protect all deck furniture, wheelhouse, saloon and hatches when not in use making sure the teak and varnish are well protected.

The covered wheelhouse, equipped with all-new Simrad navigational equipment, serves as the navigational hub. The foredeck features classic teak hatches and ample space for relaxation, with sunbeds on the coach roof offering the perfect spot to soak up the sun.
