XANADU, the Perseo 76, was built by the renowned Italian shipyard Riva, a brand of Ferretti Group, and boasts an "A class" RINA CE classification for vessels under 24 meters. She offers comfortable accommodation arrangements for up to six guests on board, as well as a dedicated crew cabin for two. Powered by twin MAN 1,800 HP engines with shaft drives, this yacht ensures smooth and efficient cruising. With a recent refit completed in 2022 at Monaco Marine's shipyard, XANADU is in impeccable condition and meticulously maintained to ensure optimal performance.
XANADU 76 is a masterpiece of design and style with a timeless aesthetic. The distinctive Riva grey paint is complemented by the recently redone black paint on the flybridge. Inside, her spacious main salon is flooded with natural light through large windows, creating an inviting and comfortable space for relaxation and entertainment. An electrical opening window seamlessly connects the salon with the cockpit, providing additional space and fresh sea air. The main salon is fully equipped with a plush sofa, coffee tables, a dining area with a table and extra seating. The main helm station is conveniently located within the salon, ensuring easy access to navigation controls. XANADU's galley, located on the lower deck with easy access from the main salon, is a culinary haven equipped with top-tier BOSCH appliances, including induction hot plates, a sink, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric hood, and dishwasher. Additional amenities include an ice maker and a concealed Miele Pro washing machine and dryer.
The accommodations aboard XANADU are nothing short of comfortable. The master cabin, spanning the full beam of the yacht, features a double bed, a comfortable sofa and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, bidet and two sinks. The cabin is equipped with a Harman Kardon DDS 750 sound system and electric curtains. A VIP cabin at the bow offers a cozy double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and sink, accompanied by a FUSION MSAV750 sound system and curtains. The twin cabin features two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and sink, also equipped with a FUSION MSAV750 sound system and curtains. For the crew, there is a dedicated area accessed by stairs from the cockpit, offering one cabin with two bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom.
The exterior of XANADU is designed for relaxation and enjoyment, offering three distinct outdoor areas. The cockpit provides a comfortable setting with a sofa, table, and chairs, all sheltered by a Bimini for shade. The front deck boasts a sofa with an integrated Bimini and sunpads, perfect for soaking up the sun. The flybridge, accessible from the cockpit, is fitted with an electrical sliding sofa, allowing it to function as a pilot seat or a classic sofa. The exterior design exudes style and provides ample space for guests to unwind in the open air. The aft deck, accessible from the hydraulic gangway, features a tender garage with a Williams 325 S waterjet tender and a tender lift for effortless water access. It also includes a large teak table with sofas and chairs, with a window that can be electrically opened to connect the cockpit and the main salon.
