The word immaculate fails to fully articulate the condition of the 65' (19.8m) Mckinna motor yacht YOLO. Launched in 2008, she has been meticulously maintained since she hit the water. Every aspect of this boat has been updated and upgraded. Her second owner has spent the last 10 years lovingly, painstakingly and continuously refitting YOLO. She is primed for an experienced boater who will appreciate the workmanship the yacht has enjoyed.
In November 2024, YOLO's bottom paint was redone, all running gear was removed and serviced, her stabilizers were dropped, and new seals were installed with serviced rams. She also has received all new carpets and overhead liners, and her high-gloss woods make her interior look like a superyacht. The fit and finish of her interior is outstanding. Her joinery work is beautiful and her hardware is excellent. This pilothouse motor yacht is an economical cruiser courtesy of her C18 caterpillar engines.
Entering the salon, you will feel like you are on a much larger yacht due to her open layout. A large L-shaped sofa that converts into a berth on portside. This space is also outfitted with a couch to starboard, a new 48-inch Sony flatscreen smart TV with Russound entertainment system, LED lighting overhead, rope lighting below the sofas, and Cruisair air conditioning. Large windows offer impressive visibility. This space also features a custom high-gloss table, storage and a wine cooler.
A few steps forward are a galley to port and dining to starboard. The galley has granite countertops, a Kenyon four-burner cooktop, a new GE microwave, two refrigerator-freezers, a drop-in freezer, a dishwasher, lots of storage, and a garbage InSinkErator.
YOLO's well-thought-out layout features three staterooms plus crew accommodations. A private entrance amidship accesses the master stateroom with an ensuite head, marble floors, and granite counters. The master stateroom room has a TV, custom cedar-lined closets and shape-viewing ports.
The VIP stateroom in the V berth is spacious, featuring a walk-around queen berth, lots of cedar-lined closet space and storage, and a Sharp flatscreen TV. It also has a shared ensuite head with an additional guest stateroom. Located to port, this double-bunk cabin has a flatscreen TV and cedar lined closest. The crew quarters or fourth stateroom for owner/operator use is accessed from the large swim platform and is finished in the same high gloss finish and materials as the rest of the boat.
The deck spaces of YOLO continue to impress. Starting aft, there is a sizeable teak boarding platform. The platform has large staple-type rails for safety that can be moved for various docks or configurations or accessed for multiple launches. To port are steps leading up to the covered aft deck, which features bench seating, a barbecue, an ice maker and an enclosed day head. The flybridge is home to a tender with davit. Forward is the hard top enclosed helm station with bench and L-shape guest seating and oval table, small refrigerator/ice maker, two helm chairs and an array of navigational and engine electronics. This is the ideal place for viewing while under way or at anchor. The Makrolon glass enclosure can be opened in warmer regions or left closed in cooler cruising areas.
YOLO is an incredible opportunity for a seasoned boater who wants to make the most of their time on the water. To truly appreciate her condition and beautiful workmanship, on-site inspection is necessary.
